Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your MedPal account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the MedPal app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile / Settings.
3. Select “Delete Account” and confirm.

Your account and associated personal data will be scheduled for deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@medpal.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We will verify your identity and process your request.

Data that is deleted

• Account and profile information (name, email address, phone number, address)
• Provider professional information and uploaded documents (medical license, government ID, diplomas), where applicable
• Approximate and precise location data
• Content and records you created in the app

Data that may be retained

We retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate business needs — for example, transaction and payment records kept for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and regulatory compliance — for the period required by applicable law. Retained records are minimized and access-restricted. Data that has been de-identified or aggregated, and can no longer be linked to you, may be retained.

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days of identity verification.
